Electro Magnets are used with vibratory feeders and conveyors, vibratory feed systems for packaging and weighing and automation using drives with vibrating systems. Our electro magnets benefit from compact design, fully cased and sealed, iron U piece with nickel plated armature, safe fixing via solid threaded inserts and only need a low mounting height.

The sensor is used for measuring the stroke of the vibratory feeder. This information is given to the MWS type controller to create a feedback loop to ensure feeder remains at a constant stroke irrelevant to product load. Components are epoxy sealed in a stainless steel enclosure with a screened cable fixing lead to connect the controller.
These are to isolate stray vibrations that can arise from the vibratory feeders. Manufactured from natural rubber with stainless steel fixing plates. They come in various hardness’s to suit the weights of the feeders
